Job Summary
Greet players with energy, connect with them, and recommend drinks while upselling signature cocktails, bites, and game upgrades. Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, maintaining a neat, stocked bar area from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every player feels like a VIP. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards for a clean, compliant environment. Handle items up to 50 lb., remain on your feet for most of the day, and engage in active tasks within a high-volume setting. Maintain legal serving age and responsible beverage service certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular environment
- A can-do attitude
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
