Job Summary
Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience by connecting with guests, learning their preferences, and recommending drinks they'll love. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit. Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll by cleaning glassware and ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a can-do attitude while handling items up to 50 lb., staying on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a popular environment
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stay on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be able to keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to rollâfrom cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
- Must be able to stick to safety and sanitation standards
