Job Summary

Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience by connecting with guests and recommending drinks they'll love. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while maintaining a neat, stocked bar area from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service, going the extra inch to ensure every Player feels like a VIP. Uphold safety and sanitation standards by keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant with responsible beverage service requirements. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, and thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
  • Previous experience behind the bar crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
  • Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
  • Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
  • Must be able to keep calm when things get popular
  • Must be able to mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
  • Must be able to ensure the bar area is neat, stocked, and ready to roll
  • Must be able to stick to safety and sanitation standards
  • Must be able to greet Players with energy and personality
  • Must be able to connect with Players and learn what brings them in
  • Must be able to recommend drinks they'll love
  • Must be able to upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and even game upgrades
  • Must be able to go the extra inch to ensure every Player feels like a VIP
  • Must be able to deliver top-notch service by collaborating with other playmakers
