Job Summary
Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, handling cash and processing payments accurately while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Interact with guests in a friendly manner, taking and delivering drink orders, preparing garnishes, and setting up service areas for daily operations. Monitor guest needs, respond promptly to requests or concerns, and ensure alcoholic beverages are served responsibly in compliance with legal requirements. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times while collaborating with the bar team to provide exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law)
