Bartender

Bartenders are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. They mix and serve drinks following standard recipes, maintain proper alcohol handling and dating/labeling, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment. The role requires physical movement and dexterity, the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and a commitment to safe, responsible service.
