Job Summary
Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging guests and providing menu recommendations. Execute flawless drink orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and perform blind cash drops at shift end. Maintain an organized, clean bar by stocking, garnishing, and replenishing snacks, while assisting with food orders, bussing tables, and supporting hosts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, report equipment issues, and uphold high sanitation standards. Requires previous bartending experience in high-volume upscale settings, strong mixology knowledge, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift trays or bar equipment as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow all alcohol service guidelines
- Must represent STK professionally
Desired Qualifications
