Job Summary
Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining THE ONE GROUP's high-quality standards. Execute flawless drinks, engage guests with menu recommendations, and process orders accurately into the Point of Sale system. Manage cash handling, including credit card transactions and blind cash drops, while ensuring proper sanitation and reporting equipment issues. Stock the bar, garnish drinks, assist with food delivery, and support front-of-house tasks like bussing and hosting. Maintain expert-level knowledge of spirits and wines, work nights and weekends, and uphold professional alcohol service guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and always represent Benihana professionally
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
