Job Summary
Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging guests and delivering a premium bar experience. Prepare and serve drinks efficiently into the Point of Sale system, maintain proper cash handling procedures, and perform blind cash drops at the end of each shift. Set up, stock, and maintain an organized, clean bar before, during, and after shifts, garnish beverages attractively, and assist with food orders and front-of-house tasks like bussing tables. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, report equipment issues, and follow all alcohol service guidelines. Requires previous bartending experience in high-volume upscale venues, strong mixology knowledge, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
