Job Summary
Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging guests with menu recommendations and an interactive experience. Prepare, garnish, and present beverages attractively; process orders accurately into the POS system and handle cash transactions and changes. Set up, stock, and maintain the bar before, during, and after shifts; replenish snacks and assist with food delivery. Report equipment issues to management and perform blind cash drops at shift end. Support front-of-house by bussing tables and assisting hosts. Maintain high sanitation standards and comply with alcohol service guidelines. Previous bartending experience in upscale venues preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and always represent STK professionally
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
