Job Summary
Craft signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging guests and delivering a premium bar experience. Prepare and serve drinks to maintain high-quality standards, executing flawless orders and maintaining expert-level knowledge of spirits, wines, and recipes. Process drink orders into the POS system, handle cash transactions, and perform blind cash drops. Set up, stock, and maintain the bar, garnish beverages, and assist with food orders and front-of-house tasks. Comply with health and safety regulations and report equipment issues. Requires previous bartending experience, strong mixology knowledge, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bar equipment as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow all alcohol service guidelines and always represent STK professionally
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
