Job Summary
Shake, stir, and craft signature cocktails and low-alcohol options across 1867 Bar & Lounge, The Newmarket Room Restaurant, and events, turning every pour into a memorable guest experience. Deliver personalized hospitality by sharing beverage knowledge and connecting with guests while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Requires previous bartending experience, strong mixology skills, and a current RSA certificate. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage experience within a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation and service techniques
- A passion for connecting with guests and sharing your beverage knowledge
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Full Australian working rights
