Job Summary
Ensure quality and standards in bar operations by preparing cocktails, coffees, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to billing procedures. Respond proactively to guest concerns, create "out-of-menu" beverages using personal knowledge, and assist other service team members during exceptional needs. Strictly follow LQA and Forbes standards, reporting functionally to the Bar Supervisor and outlet manager. This role supports The Chedi Hotel & Residences Luštica Bay's five-star luxury F&B experience, offering competitive salary, training, and shared accommodation for candidates outside Tivat, Kotor, and Budva.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and integrity
- Previous hotel experience
- Knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending or Mixology Courses
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, preferably within F&B or Guest Experience roles
- Good knowledge of F&B function and hospitality industry
- Additional languages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
