Bartender at Cuvée Bar in The Chatham Inn—lead the bar program with elevated mixology, craft cocktails, and wine-forward service. Shape the cocktail program, develop seasonal features, ensure recipe standards and cost awareness, and educate guests on beverage selections. Provide confident, hospitality-driven service, mentor team members, oversee bar organization and inventory, and maintain Forbes-level presentation standards in a coastal Mediterranean/French-influenced concept. Must have upscale, wine-focused experience, strong mixology and wine knowledge, and ability to thrive during peak seasonal demand; wine certification or formal mixology training highly valued.
