Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often. This role is part of the Back of House Team at The Brew Crew, where safety and cleanliness are cornerstones to the food program.
