Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often. This role supports the Back of House Team by ensuring efficient dish processing and upholding safety standards across the kitchen.
