Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often throughout shifts. This role supports the Back of House Team within the kitchens of The Brew Crew, a collective of devoted individuals focused on providing a safe, fun-filled work environment with endless advancement opportunities.
