Bartender

Organize clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment at all times. Work with the team to ensure dishware is available and ready for plating, communicating clearly, calmly, and often throughout shifts. This role is part of the Back of House Team at The Brew Crew, where safety and cleanliness are cornerstones of the food program. Team members are expected to take good care of themselves, their fellow crew, and guests. Opportunities for growth exist within the kitchen, with a focus on learning every part of back of house operations rather than segregating to a single station.
