Bartender - The Bassment

Experienced bartender needed for a high-volume casual bar and dining area at The Hampton Social’s The Bassment. Responsibilities include greeting customers and taking orders, following recipes to mix beverages, collecting payments and operating cash registers, handling cash according to company policies, complying with alcohol-awareness and safety procedures, keeping the bar clean and well stocked, adhering to sanitation policies, and maintaining a positive, energetic service style in a busy environment. The role requires flexibility to work a variety of hours including weekends, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong customer service and multitasking skills to engage patrons and enhance the guest experience. Compensation is primarily commission-based through service charges and tips with additional details provided during interview.
