Job Summary
Provide genuine hospitality with a smile, greet Guests, present menus, explain specials and promotions, take accurate food and beverage orders, and input into the POS system; create drinks according to brand specifications and ensure alcohol service compliance; be a team player by seating Guests, bussing tables, assisting other departments when needed, and supporting management with maintenance, safety, inventory, and guest issue resolution; maintain high energy, engaging service to deliver a memorable Guest experience and respond to guest questions about items and menu details; demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage selections, and actively promote items while adhering to brand standards and safety requirements; 18+ with Food Handler and TABC certifications, HS diploma/GED, reliable transportation, and ability to work in a fast-paced full-service dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server in a full-service dining establishment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be a certified Food Handler in respective state and TABC certified
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation
