Bartender role at Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie opening soon within the historic Castle Hotel Windsor. You’ll craft and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and classic drinks with flair while delivering warm, attentive hospitality in a high-energy brasserie environment. Learn the drinks menu and seasonal offerings to make confident recommendations, and contribute to creating a welcoming bar atmosphere for locals, hotel guests, and visitors. Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service across shifts. The ideal candidate is a people person who stays calm under pressure, brings energy and a strong work ethic, and has a passion for great hospitality. Previous experience behind a busy bar is a plus, but strong energy and dedication matter just as much. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
