Job Summary
Greet guests, present drink menus, and make recommendations while accurately recording orders and delivering beverages to patrons. Prepare and execute quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with portion sizes and recipes. Clear and reset tables in the bar area, maintain bottles and glasses, and wash and sterilize glassware. Perform station opening and closing duties, report equipment problems, and assist in restocking inventory. Process credit card charges and manage bar maintenance issues. Work a varying schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for up to eight hours.

- 2 years of previous and relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, training materials, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as relates to the essential functions of the job
- Ability to carry out detailed and specific written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to problem solve in standardized situations
- current status of all required certificates, licenses, or registrations
- valid Food Handler Card
- valid Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate
