Job Summary
Create memorable guest experiences by making craft cocktails and recommendations while demonstrating deep knowledge of sake, wine, and spirits. Serve patrons by answering menu and service questions, checking in regularly to anticipate needs, and resolving complaints by listening to concerns and informing a manager. Handle high-volume, fast-paced environments with the coordination to pour, write, and carry multiple items simultaneously. Support a cohesive team in delivering unparalleled hospitality at our All-You-Can-Eat sushi dining concept across Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
