Job Summary
Bartender position responsible for taking drink and food orders, serving customers with a positive attitude, knowledge of the menu with upsell opportunities, accurate order and payment handling, and maintaining inventory at period end. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, and be flexible to work weekends/holidays; sanitation procedures knowledge required; physical requirements include ability to move and reach routinely and potentially swim or wear a flotation device in emergencies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
