Bartender - SunDrop Restaurant

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards, while creating seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant's upscale concept. Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, maintain full knowledge of wine lists and premium spirits, and ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor guest consumption for responsible alcohol service, manage bar inventory, and accurately process POS transactions. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Requires minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in upscale environments and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
