Job Summary
Bartender at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB: prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, craft innovative cocktails, manage bar inventory, provide exceptional guest service, assist with banquet events, follow local alcohol-service regulations and health/safety guidelines, collaborate with kitchen and F&B teams, complete training and documentation, and may work across different F&B venues on a seasonal, hourly basis.
Required Qualifications
- ProServe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ProServe certification
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hospitality or bartending certification considered a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High altitude and variable weather work conditions
