Job Summary
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area while mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications. Keep the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar and in the Dining Room. This role requires at least six months of related experience, the ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, and alcohol certification or the ability to obtain one. Sullivan's Steakhouse offers 401k eligibility after 30 days, health/dental/vision benefits, and ancillary coverage including critical illness, accident, and legal insurance.
