Job Summary
Bartender position responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; adheres to health regulations and liquor laws; sets up, maintains, and takes down the bar; delivers high-level guest service; handles POS transactions; dispenses alcohol according to standard recipes; ensures compliance with state/local regulations; maintains bar cleanliness, stocks barware, and performs end-of-shift inventory; requires performing duties in a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team to enhance the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- One or more years of bartending experience or Bartender certification
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
