Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, monitor inventory levels, and restock supplies as needed during shifts. Provide attentive service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations while collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in a high-volume environment with moderate to high noise levels. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred
