Job Summary
Fulfill bar operations by assisting with service, setup, mise en place, and cleaning while welcoming guests, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and handling their requests. Plan, organize, and control bar operations, monitor stock levels for use-by-dates, order replacement deliveries, and supervise bar staff. Assist with restocking inventory and replenishment while bringing suggestions for improvement. Be capable of advising on best-selling prices and reviewing them according to the Bar Manager's instructions. This role requires previous deluxe hotel and bar experience, fluency in English and Italian, and exceptional customer service skills within the DaV Mare Restaurant team at Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel.
