Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guest satisfaction. Duties include providing guests with menu information, recognizing regular guests, using the POS system, serving food and drinks, and complying with health and safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma, eligibility to work in the US, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of related experience. The role requires effective communication, strong knowledge of beverages, and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong beer and spirits knowledge
- Proper lifting techniques
- Guest relations
- Sanitation and safety
- Safe alcohol service
- Full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing
