Job Summary
As a Bartender at XRG, you will welcome guests, take and enter orders into the POS system, serve food and drinks according to specifications, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Essential responsibilities include providing accurate menu information, cultivating relationships with regular guests, preparing guest checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates must have at least two years of related experience, strong knowledge of beer and spirits, effective communication skills in English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
