Job Summary
The Bartender at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is tasked with welcoming guests and accurately taking food and beverage orders to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include providing detailed menu information, handling orders through the POS system, recognizing repeat guests, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of alcohol service and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
