Job Summary
Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to perfection, process drink orders efficiently at the service bar, and verify customer identification to comply with alcohol purchase laws. Engage guests by describing menu items, taking orders, handling payments, and promoting specials while addressing concerns promptly. Maintain bar cleanliness and safety, ensuring responsible service of beverages throughout the shift. Requires standing and moving continuously for up to 8 hours per day, with availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and day or night shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong reading, writing, math, and communication skills
- Fluent in English with professional communication abilities
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- Ability to stand and move continuously for up to 8 hours per shift
- Mobility required throughout the entire shift
- Experience operating point of sale (POS) systems
