Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders, and mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to recipe standards. Check IDs to ensure responsible service of alcohol, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs. Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift. Prior bartending experience in a high-volume setting is required, along with legal bartending age and alcohol training certification. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal bartending age
- Prior bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts
- Alcohol training certification/permit (or ability to obtain)
