Job Summary
Greet guests with energy and friendliness while preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks quickly and accurately. Monitor guest alcohol consumption to follow responsible service practices and handle cash and card transactions with precision. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized during and after shifts while upselling food and beverage options. Collaborate closely with barbacks, servers, and the FOH team to maintain smooth service flow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri. Competitive hourly pay plus tips, with opportunities for advancement within the restaurant group.
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Missouri
- 1+ year bartending experience preferred, but we'll train the right personality
