Bartender

Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while acting as the bar cashier. Maintain daily bar setup, including requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, and condiments based on occupancy projections. Manage fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables, ensuring proper cutting, storage, and quality control. Greet guests by name, mix drinks using standard recipes with prudent portion control, and input orders into the point-of-sale register. Process cash, credit cards, and vouchers, make change, verify charges, and balance all monies. Store and secure equipment, deposit cash and vouchers, and drop the bank. Perform general cleaning tasks, adhere to liquor regulations, and assist security with disorderly guests or suspicious activity as assigned.
