Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, mix ingredients to create signature cocktails, and plan and present the bar menu. Interact with customers to take orders, assess their preferences for local craft beers and wines, and check identification to confirm legal drinking age. Restock bar inventory, determine adequate par levels, and participate in pour-cost control and inventory checks. Complete opening and closing duties, including prep checklists, while maintaining a clean, organized work area and polishing glassware. Adhere to cash handling policies, provide accurate bills, and ring orders at the time of sale.
