Job Summary
Bartender/Server at Washington Dulles Marriott Suites (Hotel Lounge & Bar) with a dual bartending and serving role. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing full table service, entering orders into the POS system, delivering food and beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, and assisting with room service as needed. Must be able to multitask between bar and dining room, maintain guest satisfaction, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pooled tips program applies; 8.50/hour with total earnings typically 8.50–20.00+ per hour depending on tip distributions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred.
