Job Summary
Provide friendly, attentive service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, preparing cocktails and beverages to resort standards, and setting up banquet and special event service. Perform opening and closing duties to maintain a clean, organized work area while accurately handling cash and personal cashier reports. Enforce Resort Pool Policies and alcohol service regulations, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requires alcohol awareness training, current or obtainable Food Handler's Permit, and ability to lift up to 50lbs. Schedule includes weekends and holidays; pay is $13.85 per hour plus gratuities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of serving and/or bartending experience
- Alcohol awareness training and knowledge of state/local alcohol laws
- Current or obtainable Food Handler's Permit
- Intermediate POS system experience
- Strong time management, communication, and guest service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift/push up to 25-50lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motions
- Ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
