Job Summary
Bartender/Server needed to provide an excellent dining and drinking experience across our restaurant(s) or bars. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (crafting cocktails), taking orders and making recommendations, verifying IDs for legal drinking-age compliance, restocking and maintaining bar inventory, keeping the bar area clean, and operating the POS system accurately. The role requires standing for extended periods, a flexible schedule, and strong customer-service and communication skills to ensure a guest-focused experience.
Required Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older
- Numeracy and cash-handling skills and the ability to reconcile their register using the Point of Sale System
- Able to work flexible schedules
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
