Job Summary
Set tables, present menus, and deliver food to tables while taking orders and serving drinks. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by mixing ingredients and planning the bar menu. Interact with customers to assess their needs, make recommendations, and check identification for legal drinking age compliance. Restock bar inventory and supplies to maintain an organized, clean environment. Deliver a great customer experience by staying guest focused and nurturing excellent service. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Located on 1500 W Branch St in Arroyo Grande, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificates
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Server and Bartender is a plus
