Job Summary
As a Bartender at SeaWorld, you'll create and serve a variety of drinks and food in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include following recipe and presentation standards, checking IDs, upselling premium products, monitoring guest alcohol consumption, and maintaining a clean work area. Required skills include previous bartending experience, understanding state beverage safety requirements, and excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will also possess food and beverage safety certifications and knowledge of popular drink recipes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartender experience required – two years of experience preferred
- Food & Beverage Safety certifications
- Basic knowledge of beer, liquor and wine
- Basic food and non-alcoholic beverage knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Theme park experience serving international guests highly desirable
- Background in a high-volume nightclub, bar, or restaurant a plus
