Job Summary
Serve all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following bar pre-shift notes and menus while maintaining uniform standards and guest service excellence. Check guest IDs to verify age requirements, de-escalate confrontational situations, and suggestively upsell products based on knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Pour drinks responsibly, manage the issued bank, and keep the workstation clean and sanitary. Request restock as needed and assist with setting up or breaking down bar equipment. This seasonal role runs from September 25 to September 27, 2026, with an hourly rate of $3.63 and tip eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Bartending school preferred
