Job Summary
Serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to state/federal regulations for alcohol distribution and ID verification. Maintain excellent guest service, interact professionally with co-workers, and ensure the bar workstation remains clean and sanitary. Learn beer, wine, and spirit varieties to suggestively upsell products, manage the bar's issued bank, and restock as needed. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations or contact management if confrontational behavior occurs. Follow pre-shift notes and menus, pour responsibly, and handle cash accurately. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours in a fast-paced environment. This seasonal role runs from October 2, 2026, to October 3, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Bartending school preferred
