Job Summary
Seasonal Bartender at Cascades Pool (Winstar World Casino & Resort) responsible for crafting high-quality beverages with premium spirits, greeting guests, taking orders, preparing cocktails, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, providing wine recommendations, collaborating with the culinary team, verifying ID for alcohol-service compliance, handling cash and reconciling receipts, organizing catering storage, and attending trainings. Requires two years of bartending experience, Oklahoma ABLE license, High school diploma or equivalent, ability to work long hours including nights/weekends/holidays, strong English communication, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid ABLE Alcohol license.
- Minimum two years of bartending experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create unique signature beverages.
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly to communicate with guests and staff.
- Ability to transport up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to safe work practices, policies, and required safety training.
- Valid Server Training Certificate.
