Job Summary
Craft cocktails, mimosas, and espresso drinks for guests at the Downtowner cocktail bar while maintaining a warm, laidback atmosphere. Master service steps, menus, and bar systems to ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly with everything tidy and fun. Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed, communicating feedback to managers and collaborating with hotel staff to promote exclusive overnight guest offerings. Fluency in English and basic arithmetic skills are required. This seasonal role runs through September 15th, 2026, at ARRIVE Albuquerque on Central Avenue.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Fluency in English
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Compute basic arithmetic
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Relevant training certificate
- 1-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
