Job Summary
Bartender position at Vicar's Landing Main Dining Room, Lounge, and catered events. Responsibilities include preparing beverages per the Bartender's Drink Mixing Guide, managing charges and daily liquor usage, assisting with weekly liquor inventory and ordering, providing gracious and courteous service to residents and their guests, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in uniform, attending in-service training, ensuring safe and sanitary work areas, setting tables and maintaining workstations per policy, communicating menu selections and specials, completing side work and bar area sanitation, performing duties as assigned by supervisor, and executing additional related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to four years high school or GED, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background check and drug test.
- Able to complete responsible vendor program as required.
