Job Summary
Craft delicious cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering genuine Detroit-style hospitality to every guest. Keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service by maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Build relationships with regular guests and work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations. Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards while bringing positive energy to each shift. Complete our Bar Training Program to increase base pay up to $5/hour plus tips. Full-time team members earning 30+ hours weekly receive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant environment
- At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Valid TABC Certification
