Job Summary
Mix drinks and serve food while maintaining a lively atmosphere with hospitality that is Chili's. Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages. Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages and keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean. Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. This fast-paced role requires a positive, outgoing attitude and the ability to act quickly in a high-volume setting, with previous bartending experience being a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds

- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
