Job Summary
Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner while establishing positive guest relations. Maintain a clean, orderly bar and adhere to all company recipes to ensure correct payment for beverages. Handle guest questions and complaints with satisfaction as the priority, while cooperating with management and co-workers to assist with duties. Meet company quality standards in cocktail preparation and presentation, and follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Report potentially unsafe conditions and know emergency procedures. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and closed 7 major holidays.
